You have 15 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal or report a return, under the conditions below.
Return policy
In accordance with applicable regulations, you have a period of 15 calendar days from receipt of your parcel to return an item, without having to justify a reason or pay a penalty (excluding any return costs, see below).
Do not send any item without prior confirmation: unsolicited parcels cannot be processed.
Unless otherwise stated on your return confirmation, the return shipping costs remain your responsibility. Original shipping costs are only refunded if the entire order is returned and the right of withdrawal applies.
In case of a defective, damaged or non-conforming product, contact us with photos: we will cover the applicable return costs.
The refund is made via the same payment method used for the order, within a maximum of 14 days from receipt and validation of the return by our teams.
We may delay the refund until receipt of the product or until you provide proof of shipping, whichever is earlier.
If the parcel or its contents are damaged on arrival, report it within 48 hours of receipt, attaching photos of the parcel, packaging and product, as well as your order number.
